I created this blog in hopes to share with the world what I am trying to do in the next 5 months. In June 2011 I have the opportunity to travel and live in South Africa for six months! I will be teaming up with an organization named Reaching A Generation. Their mission is to equip, encourage, and provide resources to the locals to become leaders in their community and churches.
I love mission work so when I heard about the opportunity I was ecstatic!! However, as a missionary you realy on the support of others. For me to live in Africa for six months it will cost about $10,000. I know this seems like a BIG number (and it is) but we serve a BIG, BIG God who can provide this amount and more.
Please pray for me and the people we will come in contact with. I am excited to see what the Lord has in store but I cannot do it alone. If you can financially support me I would truly appreciate it. Thank you and stay posted for more updates!
